About Us

Construction began on the Cowlitz County Event Center in August 2003, with the grand opening occurring on March 11, 2005. It is located on the 47-acre campus of the Event Center in Longview, Washington.

The center is owned by the Cowlitz County Public Facilities District (PFD) and is operated by the Cowlitz County Event Center. The PFD is comprised of seven board members.

Vision

The Cowlitz County Event Center continues it high level of customer service at each individual event. Our team of event coordinators and management are given the tools and training to achieve their goals and development. Each team member will strive to outperform their client’s expectations.
